Nothing but problem after problem with having this company as our Payroll Agent. Although the problems were easily resolved, they did not want anything to do with rectifying it or responding to emails so had a new payroll company take over with immediate effect. Late payslips, despite sending payroll information two weeks prior... Pension upload information being late or wrong, and then making payslip errors for months! Richard Boulter would promise to call back, no phone call received. Numerous emails sent asking for information or requesting to resolve, no response. Do not use this company if you want your payroll ran in an efficient, professional and compliant manner.
Absolute shocking service. Don't ever expect a phone call from them. Extremely expensive and you don't get anything in return. This is the first review i have ever given a place. That just shows how bad they are.
My father in law uses this company for his accounts and highly recommended them to my wife to assist with her new business start up venture in Chesterfield.
