We went in for afternoon tea which was bottomless hot drinks, finger sandwiches, scones and cake. Everything was fresh and delicious, really first class.The waitress was super friendly and efficient. I really hope this company manages to stay afloat.
My wife and I call in here quite regularly for a coffee and a cake. As in any Patisserie Valerie you get nice freshly made cakes. The only thing we have a slight issue with this chain, is you seem to be waiting quite a while for a simple coffee and cake, so we do not call in if it too busy.
Never been in to a Pattiserie Valerie before. Tried it out a few weeks ago and have been back many times since. Quick service, lots of choice, and everything I've had so far has been great. Really impressed by the menu and the quality of the food. This has been a good addition to Chesterfield! Only bad thing, the toilets are not of a good standard, so four stars.
Lovely afternoon here with my friend. The soup was delicious and had the strawberry cream cake to finish. Mouthwatering.
A lovely little treat with the most gorgeous cakes!! Can feel cramped inside if its full or like me, you have a pram. Some staff fantastic, some quite rude but I choose to ignore this for the treats. Afternoon tea 25 for 2 works out reasonable value if you plan to sit and chat and have a few drinks.
