My car was booked in with Gemini by my insurance company after someone crashed into the back of me. Was originally booked in with the Dudley branch but was then moved to the Chesterfield branch to have the repairs finished off. Kept me up to date with what was going on every step of the way and I got my car back today good as new and lovely and clean too. 5*
My car had been keyed from front to back. Took it in Monday first thing and collected it Wednesday lunchtime. Fantastic, plus I'd had a really decent courtesy car. Highly recommended.

When told a car will be ready "after 3", I'm willing to bet 99% of people will take that to mean from 3pm onwards. So acting astonished and becoming rude when a customer is unhappy at waiting until 4:30pm is a bit much. Add that to the fact that the staff on reception were having an audible conversation about the mechanics not getting on with their jobs or listening to instructions? Was referred there through my insurance but given a choice, I would definitely avoid, awful customer service.
did a great job of repairing my car through the insurance group, replaced a worn tyre for a new one for less than 40 but charged me 34 for replacing the tyre?!?! 35 quid for less than a 5 minute job 34 quid labour, i feel robbed!!! on benefits anad struggled to pay for the new tyre then realise they charged me 34 to swap tyres on a machine that takes a minute to do the job. that works out at more than 300 quid an hour!!! takes the pis* badly. 34 to swap a tyre??? i was gonna praise Gemini for the good job they did but 34 to swap a tyre is daylight robbery!!! Explanation Please????
