best customer service Ive ever had in any shop in chesterfield!!It was delightful to see when you walk into a shop you get acknowledged, they have a conversation with you about the things they do and what they can offer. I spoke to a girl with reddish hair and she was very patient as I couldnt get up the stairs well. she asked me if I was okay with stairs and to take my time so I could manage them as I have problems with my legs. She was with me throughout my purchases and gave me a lot of information that I did not know about what I was buying, I thought it was only a t-shirt! As this was what I wanted but a lightweight one. Overall excellent customer service and I will be coming back to this shop again!Thankyou trespass Chesterfield.
Non existent customer service this morning. Walked in with my wife to look for clothing. No other customers in shop. Two female assistants chatting at desk and couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge my hello. Left to our own devices upstairs and left to walk out without even any approach, communication or query by the assistants as to what we were looking for or if they cud help.
