Terrible customer service, my friend had ordered over 100 worth of goods and they sent it to the wrong address (not even the same area code) and then refused to offer a refund because the randomer signed for it. Never heard something so stupid in my life
Dreadful service. Ordered a PS4 before 4pm for click and collect. Got email saying its ready. Went to collect, this was a Saturday. Got there, wasnt in stock? The staff werent bothered manager wasnt bothered , we tried getting another day for delivery, all the staff kept saying is it might get here Monday? Might be Tuesday we dont know. Might wasnt good enough so we gave up in the end and got a refund, the staff werent helpful at getting one in stock for us. Safe to say our 350 went to currys instead.
Very poor service, had an eBay click and collect item delivered, signed for at 10.07am, as of 7.30pm item had still not been scanned and collection code issued. went into store with photo id only to be told i could not have the parcel as they couldn't prove who I was and without the code the collection could not be processed, refused to scan item to generate code while I was stood there, claimed they were too busy despite me being the only person there. Had no such problems when it was just Sainsburys dealing with click and collect.
Shocking service. Waiting for ages then when I eventually got served I then had to wait again for stuff id ordered on reserve that morning. Then I had to wait for someone to get my stuff, then a girl took her merry time to get 1 of 3 items then slowly went to get the other (which you'd think would be right next to the first one as it was same item!!) Then waited an age again and she goes off serving other people. She then takes my receipt and says oh yea the last item is on someone else's list!!!!!! Why is not one order given to 1 person for them to do. Slow, annoying service which I will not use again!!!!!!
Absolutely fantastic service now at Argos. Now it's moved to Sainsbury Chesterfield it's brilliant. Fast service, fantastic customer service. Absolutely brilliant.
