Staff are so lovely and friendly nothing is ever too much trouble. I always use this florist, would never go anywhere else. The flowers are top quality and last forever.
Really disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I called in on Saturday morning to order a bouquet for my mother-in-laws birthday. Arranged to pick it up on Thursday morning at 9am as my mother-in-law was going away so we needed to get it to her before 9.30. I arrived at 9am on Thursday to collect. There were 3, maybe 4, people working and I was the only customer in the shop initially but it still took quite a while to be served. When they did eventually serve me, they couldn't find the bouquet. After a good 5 minutes, they realised they hadn't actually made it. They offered to make one up but I said I didn't have the time, so was offered a pre-made one. I agreed but said I would like to pay 25 instead of 30 due to the inconvenience of them clearly not having made my bouquet, despite me having placed my order several days in advance. I appreciate it's Christmas and very busy (hence booking in advance) but the service just continued to get worse. The woman serving me rolled her eyes at my request and said "But you said you wanted a 30 bouquet" to which I replied "I also said I wanted it ready to collect at 9am and it's now 9.15". She shouted to the woman in the back "This lady wants to pay 25" and she refused. In the end she knocked 2 off. In any other situation I would have walked out but I really needed the bouquet and had no other choice. So I reluctantly paid, walked out and decided never to shop there ever again!!! I actually used JJ's flowers for my wedding flowers and they were gorgeous , but thought I would support other local businesses too. What an error. The customer service at JJ's is amazing and I will be going there from now on.

Used today for the first time, called for a 11am delivery at 8 am, no problem, fantastic value for money, beautiful arranged bundles of happiness, I will use the next time, lots of extra little bits that make the difference, made with love .
