We were followed around by a gentleman who was chewing gum.. he didn't say much, apart from. "Please keep your feet off the furniture" to our 3 year old daughter. Very good range of good quality furniture though.
Great customer service when purchasing but poor quality items. Bought leather chairs to last for years. Structurally sound but the leather is sub standard minced up bonded leather which is shedding all over my dining room every time we use them!
Not quite the 'furniture store' we expected. 40 separate rooms chocked full of high quality furniture. Seems very expensive, but I did mention high quality. A little out of our price bracket.
Came in the other day as we're on the hunt for a sofa and a few items of furniture - it felt like we were being chaperoned, it was horrible. Whilst the guy was there to answer our questions we may have had he wouldn't give us any space so it very much felt like we weren't trusted. A shame because we found our favourite sofa and would have bought it if we hadn't been made to feel so uncomfortable.
Just taken delivery of our fabulous Duresta settees. The staff in the store are friendly and helpful and so are the delivery men. We will definitely recommend them.
