If you are a complete beginner or a pro get to Spire Boxing Academy, the staff are super friendly and the principle trainer is a guy called Robbie, as well as a super nice person he is highly skilled and has unique school of thought on the art of boxing, what stands him out from other trainers, he is able to teach and pass on his wisdom in an effortless way. Robbie will take you to the next level where ever you are on your boxing or fitness journeythere is lots of parking, the gym is really nice with all the best equipment, the regulars are very welcoming and friendly, the motto seems to be "lets make some gains" and after 45 mins you will feel like you made some. great place to be, I will be going back many more times.
