This hospital is everything and more! From start to finish was extremely above average! Every member of staff I met was beyond helpful,polite, reassuring and helpful! I had Mr G and cant recommend him enough hes an incredible surgeon. The hospital was clean and comfortable and I was never alone they even give you a member of staff that stays with you to keep you comfortable and get you anything you need. The hospital is faultless!! Even the lovely ladies on reception was very warm and welcoming.... everyone who works there speak to you like theyve known you years its that comfortable. Not planning no more surgery but if I do its the only place I would ever go Thank you so much to all the team down there!!!
Great hospital, with friendly knowledgeable staff, who take their time to explain the procedure, what it involves, recovery time and most importantly whether or not you actually need it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I had surgery here in November 2017, I would never recommend going here as a private hospital. The hospital is outdated, dirty and certainly not up to private medical standards. The staff on that day were not pleasant and hardly spoke to myself to reassure me before my surgery and the care after surgery was poor Ive had better care on the NHS for free than i received at this hospital. I do not feel I am wrong to expect a certain level of care when Im paying for it.
