one star, and that's generous! I had a car accident in February. Brook advised me that I couldnt claim through my GAP insurance so I didnt...I've now missed out on 6000 thanks to her! It has been ongoing ever since...nothing but CONSTANT chasing from me, to speak to a so called 'manager' who provides endless broken promises!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE!!!! RUDE. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

After 7 months, endless calls, a formal complaint, two confirmed visits stating my motorhome was fixed when it wasnt I still have no idea when I will get my vehicle back. This company has the worst customer service and ability to manage a repair that I have ever experienced. Dont let any broker convince you to use them. Cheap policy for a reason....
Do not bother worst insurance company ever! A drunk driver hit my car and ran off leaving his car in the middle of the road 16th February 2016! Still have done nothing about it! Been put at fault even though I was in bed? So premiums have gone up so if you want to be out of pocket and lose money then go with them!
One claim reported for information. No claim made. NCD reduced from 9+ to 2 years. Telephone number is 0844 and costs a fortune. Cost 8 in a call to discuss NCD. All in all a very poor experience. Avoid.
