Went in to treat my self to a new tag watch and the service was excellent. Cant fault it
Shoddy experience here. All smiles and coffee when you go in. I must be crazy. Had 2 poor experiences of bad customer service after purchase and like a mug went for a 3rd dose of them treating customers like a commodity instead of a valued customer. Went back as believed the speech that their stuff was quality. Since found out that shopping at Boodles, Tiffany or DeBeers is no more expensive BUT far superior quality.... and the staff at these are not as snooty and dont speak down to you like at Greed and Benz.
Do not stick to returns policy. Ring brand new, un worn within returns terms and conditions. Refused to swop for a more suitable wedding ring. Very disappointed. Will not re purchase from here again. Oh well! Learnt a lesson of over 2300. Very confused..... matter to be taken up by Trading standards!!

Called in today and was served by Frankie. I explained that I wanted to look at Tag-Heuer watches in advance of getting one for Christmas. Frankie sat me down at the table next to the display of Tag watches and brought various one's out for me to look at and told me all about the various purchase options and insurance. She also said we could place a deposit now but wait until Christmas for collection. Looking forward to collecting the watch in due course.
