Been trying to order for the past half hour and no one is picking up the phone.
Decent food can be found here but the staff are bad at taking orders over the phone or sometimes even in person. There have been more than a few times where we've ordered stuff and it has come through with items missing or incorrect. As an example, my partner's father ordered a garlic bread with napoli sauce, no cheese and they made it with cheese even though we stressed no - when we noticed this we went back and he told them he couldn't have cheese because it upset his stomach and one of the guys there actually laughed. They barely listen.
Had many things from here and always hot and always very tasty - mainly delivered and usually before they say it would be.
Unfortunately this is a place that has great potential.. Ive had some of the best pizzas of my life from here! But its too hit & missWhen Ive refrained from pizza for 4-6 weeks which isnt easy! Then I go here and get a sub standard pizza(with extra toppings which Ive been charged for missing!) its really disappointingId say 1 in 3 is fantastic... I tried a double cheese burger which was tasty Shame about the cheap, tasteless frozen chips thoughIt wouldnt take much effort/extra expense to make this place top notch! However after using them for 5-6 years and still experiencing the same problems... Id be surprised You guys need to realise how disappointing it is when you supply substandard food when your best is without doubt the best in Chesterfield!!A little bit of consistency please...Ill try one more time ...
Never had a problem with this place. Excellent value for money. I even ordered 1 week in advance for my 8 year olds party as he had 12 friends round. Order came spot on and they arrived on the arranged time too. Brilliant.
