What can I say about chesterfield police?? Apart from being a bunch of W where do I start.. there's no point...so I won't.
Being aware of the stress that all public services are experiancing due to continual ongoing budget cuts, I'd just like to convey my appreciation to those that answered the phone (Kerry, Ash & ?) & PC Cutts at Chesterfield re: the incident of a vulnurable young adult (another casualty of the failing care system)locking himself out of his flat this weekend.The matter was dealt with respectfully & as immediate as physically possible doing their best by him to achieve a safe & satisfactory conclusion. Whilst you may be seen as 'big brother', sadly this country justneeds a strong mother.I thankyou for doing the best you can with the limited resources you've got. Takecare out there.

These have absolutely no respect for people being held and will basically laugh at you if you try to file a complaint. They are useless.
