A company that has no morals nor ethics, the second time I have used this company and on both occasions I have had severe problems.My whole holiday was ruined because of this company, I will be applying for compensation for stress if need be through the courts.This company is so money hungry they will say anything to get a sale, they would even sell their own mothers if need be.This company does not deserve to hold the place amongst the holiday directories, as it is a deceitful, lying- dishonest company.Please bear in mind I have 470,000 followers on social media platforms and vast majority of them agree that this company needs to be dissolved!You cheated me for a thousand pound, I will dent your company for hundreds of thousands of pounds. To the person that is reading this use a different operator, as this company only outsources and has no power or say over anything!! Use a company that's has ethics and morals and will it change your Hotel before going in a conflict or ruining your holiday.Take this company off the radar!To hell with your customer services!
