DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Whilst they claim to be personable in their service, they are far from it. We wasted weeks trying to organise a small mortgage which other banks would happily agree to in days. The arrogance they displayed in trying to microscopically scrutinise everything weve spent our money on was so old fashioned and time consuming. They even had the cheek to approve a transaction we had made. I would stay as far away from them as possible, they were completely incompetent, especially Sam Halifax and her line manager Phil Walker
