Massage wasn't symmetrical on each leg.. Facial didn't have any extraction which was disappointing. She didn't ask what pressure I wanted.. She didn't ask what facial I wanted.. She kept sniffing during treatment.. Overall was relaxing but these few mistakes made it unprofessional..
