This place is fantastic from my personal experience, I pay a small fee to use so many things including a whole gym badminton courts squash courts pool jacuzzi steam and sauna, there are private changing rooms or a mixed changing room with cubicles next to the pool. The spa area has some great staff that look after you well, and are friendly, Not to sure why people has given this place 1 star
Thought Spa days were about relaxing peaceful time this is not Brampton Manor it's over a bar restaurant doors slamming children shoutingnot tranquil at all. Treatment rushed felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Swimming pool very s all not really adequate oh and open to all members yes including children.Steam room etc had to wait for members to finish. No defiantly not a spa

This is not a Spa. Its a bar that does nice food. The spa is a swimming pool open to all with loud party music. No seating or loungers, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi and sauna. Unisex changing and dont forget to take your own towel and dressing gown. Although when you wear it is a mystery because its anything but relaxing. The only saving grace was the 2 treatments we had. Definitely needs a revamp and if advertising the place to be a spa needs to establish it to be one!! Worth paying the extra to experience a real spa.
Perfect day out treat. Lovely staff. Great food. Excellent facilites. Brilliant yoga class. Amazing value.
