First time I've used Enterprise and I can honestly say the service was faultless. The Transit van was booked over the phone and was waiting on the day of collection. The vehicle was new, clean and exactly what I needed.. On arrival Annabelle was extremely professional, informative and helpful and both her and Adam who accepted my return vehicle, reflect very well on the company. I would recommend anyone to use the service.
My car unexpectedly broke down and was beyond repair. So whilst looking for a new car I still had to get to work. Im 25 and have never rented a car before so was worried about the cost and everything. From the get go Enterprise were so easy and quick. I called them last Wednesday morning and had a car that morning for work for the week. I asked for a Corsa, but they gave me the new Ford Fiesta which is a beautiful car and was sad to give it back. When taking the car back, again everything was so quick and easy. The customer service was great and I was made to feel at ease through my whole experience. If I ever need a hire car again I would definitely use enterprise.

On the whole a satisfactory experience, but it's quite a shock to the system, moving from a tiny Suzuki to a large van. All of a sudden, the kerb jumps out at you and makes you jump. And it's a guessing game where the fuel cap's hiding and whether it's diesel or unleaded, but after a while it was all sorted. Friendly staff, brand new vehicles, good job well done. Oh yes - reasonable prices.
