Very poor customer service.First Time when I called the agency to arrange the viewing of a house that I've seen advertised on their website, they told me that the house is only going to be available from the 7th of Feb and will let me know when they can book me in but nobody got back to me at all.Called them again in few days and finally got a date booked on the 9th of Feb to view the house after telling them I'm really interested in the property.Strange enough they kept repeating and saying that it will only be available from the 7th of Feb and nothing can be done until then.Got a message today 5th of Feb, that the house has been taken and someone input a deposit for it??? Really guys?I've been told repeatedly that nothing can be done until the 7th of Feb and couldn't see the property earlier and now someone took it even though I've been told there is nothing that could be done until the 7th?Really bad communication with your customers and giving wrong information for no reason. Not sure if I will use this agency again as it left me really disappointed and felt really discriminated in this overall situation.
Was very pleased with the service can't thank belinda and lorreta enough through a difficult sale but it went to plan in the end
Put an offer in for a house, was refused & the property was sold of 15000 less than my offer... dont quite understand this one
I would never use these people again even If it was free! Poor communication, unreliable messages and poor service through a patronising smile. I found the entire experience dishonest. I have used 6 other lettings company's and for me not only are they these worst, they make the next worst one look brilliant. My advice is tread very very carefully and check everything you are told several times and get EVERYTHING in writing and even then don't expect an honest trade. If I could go back in time I would have avoided ANY and EVERY PROPERTY they manage as I do now. This was my opinion of our experience with these people. No doubt there will be a patronising reply or maybe some more curious dishonest unprovable convenient comments?. Any way BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
Bothams have always provided a good service, I'm more than happy, and they are so much more helpful and professional than so many other agents. The properties are far better condition than others offer, the fees were very reasonable & the lettings team are always responsive and supportive. Staff are great, and I appreciate their way of working. Totally buck the estate agent stereotypes, no pressure techniques to get a sale etc! Thanks to them all.
