Steer clear of this organisation. No matter how clean you leave the property they will still find something wrong to hold money back. Did work myself and stuff that was a health and safety concern thinking o was doing them a favour but it meant nothing. The place was in better condition than when we got in yet they still found trivial stuff to withhold money. Dont try and save them money by doing work. Get them to do everything Cos it doesnt make a difference when you vacate. Made me feel like a child even though Im 50. Thieves. Steer clear
Spoke to Rebecca and she was very rude and sarcastic. They rung us 2 hours before hour viewing to cancel and got a backhanded apology off of them. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
