This is a nice private retirement park to live in with a variety of homes and occupants. It's very quiet, people keep to themselves but are friendly when you want. It now boasts a social club which has many members and does a lot of interesting things. The nature reserve just behind with the now meandering River Doe Lea with it's swans, moorhens and ducks makes for a lovely calm setting and a good place to walk your dog.

It's a pleasant retirement park with good people living there, who are friendly and helpful without being nosey.
Quiet peaceful residential retirement park on outskirts of Staveley. People keep to themselves which makes privacy good. But they do look after each other as well. With a social club and bowling club just alongside and a nature reserve the other side, it caters to most active retirees. There is a bus stop st the end of the road that goes to Workshop one way and Staveley centre the other. Strangely is well equipped, and if you need more than chesterfield is only 15 mins. drive away.
