My family has been coming to this dental practice for over 40 years. My last appointment was in 2014 when I was in university. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the amount for my check up and they said I could pay the next time I was in. No treatment was mentioned at my check up. Since then, I have received no letters, no phone calls (not even to my parents address). The other week I chipped a tooth and rang today for an emergency appointment. The receptionists told my partner who rang that basically because I'd failed to pay the remaining amount of money and that I'd missed two appointments (what?) that they assumed I was wasting their time and that basically I've been removed from the practice and that's it. She put the phone down. I rang, to spoken to very poorly and couldn't even be given the amount I was owing them. I'm now stuck as to where to go because I needed an emergency appointment and needed one today as I work alot.
