No empathy or understanding for an anxious patient. Just rudeness and discourtesy. Incredibly poor chair side manner leading to a panic attack of a loved one during their appointment. There was no regard to the referral letter from the usual dentist (sent directly by them prior to the appointment). Full complaint has been made.
