They seem to know their stuff, are gentle, and don't cost a bomb. Really, what more do you want from your dentist?
My neighbour recommended this dentist and I'm so pleased she did. The staff I came in to contact with were lovely, especially Holly ( the dentist ). She was informative, professional and competent, but probably more importantly was friendly, caring and non-judgemental.I highly recommend this practice.
Always extremely helpful when making appointments. During the care they explain everything so clearly so you feel totally at ease. The location is also very convenient and parking nearby is always available. I have been delighted with the thorough care I have received and never feel rushed. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
Bad service. I had an emergecy and the receptionist didn't even bother to ask the dentists if they could find 5 minutes. She just got rid of me saying I needed an appointment! She didn't even suggest me where i could go given the fact she knew I was not from Chesterfield. Really rude.Dear Dr.thank you for the reply.I had already a call with the 111 where they suggested me the present dental practise.I am a healthcare professional myself and I know how it works in terms of emergencies. Never have I refused an acute patient....there might be some waiting but certainly not a receptionist showing you the door. I am sorry but I really cannot excuse her; after all these months, i still feel bitter and disappointed. Fortunately, I managed to find a dental practise who helped me and it took them exactly 5 minutes to deal with my problem.Kind regards.
Excellent service, polite and very thorough. Prices fair and all work guaranteed. They go the extra mile to do a good job though this sometimes means your appointment is a bit late if the previous person's work overran. I never mind this as it could have been me who needed extra time. I just allow a bit longer when I park.
