I love my new dentist; she is friendly, informative and helpful. Feel so relaxed at the thought of returning to her for my treatment plan where as I usually feel nervous and a little afraid. I would also like to thank Chelsea for helping the dentist explain my treatment to me and helping me with my decision as well as the other ladies on reception, 11/01/19 between 12 and 13:00, including Amy who helped me with my proof of appointment.Thank you all again, see you soon for my next appointment.
From reading some of these positive reviews I ask, Is this the same practice I visited? I have been a patient there for several years. Only because it is close to my house. So please stop implying that I am not a regular patient. Just because you cant figure out who I am does not mean Im not a regular patient there. I shouldnt have to see another dentist because one of them is douchebag. Whats the point in complaining to the Manager? Nothing ever changes. I stopped going there for awhile, that should have told you something but your so up yourself that you wouldnt even notice.The receptionists are friendly and professional but I cant say the same for the dentist.Dr. Namin has TERRIBLE bedside manner. I dont know if hes been doing the job to long and has lost the reason why he studied dentistry. Dr. Namin is super arrogant and a narcissist. Ive noticed if you challenge his precious words he gets really annoyed. You cant question him because what he says is always right. A lot of the negative reviews on here are things Ive heard myself from this dentist. I dont know if hes to lazy to do the work but his solution to every problem is to pull the tooth out. Dr. Namin definitely does not have a preventative approach to saving teeth. When I saw the Dental Hygienist I made it clear how I felt about Mr. Namin. They just smiled and nodded. Like it was a big No No to talk bad about the dentist. Save your time and your sanity...stay clear away from the practice. This dentist is rude and very unprofessional. He doesnt listen to the patient and he does not in any way put you at ease. I dont know how he still in business. Im a very unhappy patient. And please dont respond with a generic template that you respond to everyone with.

I have been to Smile Care Centre a few times for my routine check up and restorative treatment. I have to say that the dental team in this practice is operating at a vary high standard. I found them professional health care providers who know how to treat the patients and look after their comfort during their visit. Practice manager Amy was always helpful in booking and arranging my visits and the nurses Emily and Chelsea were supportive and kind during my visits for treatment.I was seen by Dr. Namin who gave full information regarding my treatment and all the available options to me, he also gives absolutely painless injections and carried out my treatment to perfection.I would recommend this practice to those who had unfavorable experience in the past and want to be seen by a professional dental team.
