excellent service on arrival.everyone full of smiles and a very warm welcome.had a slight issue with something on day 2 of my stay.but the wonderfull receptionist carol sorted that out in minutes thank u carol....recommend this stay in Chesterfield premier Inn as awesome. thank u to all . especially carol at reception
Ok so..I'm a huge fan of Premier Inn hotels as I know that most importantly at the end of the day I'm going to get a good night's sleep.We are frequent visitors to family in Sheffield and usually stay in the St Mary's Gate one in the city centre. Over Xmas this one had a better deal on.Overall my stay was exactly what I expected. The room was quite spacious and clean.Staff were friendly and happy to help...the heating in my mother's room was playing up and they quickly got her a plug in heater to keep her warm which was great.Unlike St Mary's Gate the bathroom facilities are in a separate room instead of having a hand sink in the room! We much preferred this set up.The TV was nice and big... probably 40ins or so which was another nice difference to St Mary's and was mounted on the wall.The blackout curtains did their job by keeping out all the extra light so I could sleep for longer..which is always a bonus.Mum booked herself in for breakfast and it was the usual amazing spread of literally anything you wanted - lovely.We would definitely stay here again providing the price is right!Thanks Premier Inn!
Fantastic pub! lovely food! brilliant indoor childrens area! Highly recommend for a fun family time
We had an enjoyable 3 night stay in our favourite room 89 l like to see the trains and trees on the hill. Not a good room for train noise though doesn't bother us. Room clean and comfortable, friendly helpful staff.
We chose to stay overnight at this premier Inn because we are in the market for a new mattress. We had heard that they have excellent mattress es and that the brand is available on the open market. The mattress was terrible!! and hollowed in the centre. The room was spacious and contemporary, sadly our room faced a busy train line which kept us awake most of the night. The attached restaurant was average and the breakfast excellent. Reasonably priced stay with a meal deal online.
