I have been using Toseland properties to rent out my property for around 4 years and I can not recommend them highly enough.
Avoid at all costs. My girlfriend and I rented an apartment for a few months whilst our house was being refurbished and when we moved out they tried charging us for problems already present before we moved in. They blatantly lied on their inventory which was a completely different inventory to that of when we moved in and they even accused us of stealing property such as scatter cushions! They also accused us of painting the walls which were already painted when we moved in. My poor pregnant girlfriend was unfortunately sent to hospital with pains due to the unecessary stress caused by their incompetence and accusations made towards us. I am absolutely fuming and have never been treat like this in my life by a so called professional company. An embarrassment to James Toseland. Con artists. Enough to put anyone off renting.
Hidden charges, tri monthly checks. Nothing gets fixed.
