We have been using this veterinary practice for years and cannot fault the excellent care our pets have received over the years. We had a rescue St Bernard that lived to a great old age, but not without problems. He had an eye problem which required what was essentially a face lift, delicate surgery on recurrent cysts on his paws and emergency care once when he binged on a sack of dog food and got so bloated I thought he had a twisted stomach. Our other dogs and cats have been many times for routine surgery and vaccinations. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.
We have used this practice for more than 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The vets are excellent, the care given is superb. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
I brought my cat to this vets and then moved several miles away. So I took her to another well known vets instead. However when she became poorly and couldn't be cured I was really disappointed with the treatment from new vets. We took our cat back to Charlesworth and the compassion and care was brilliant. She was really well looked after and it helped me too. We now travel to bring our new cat here. I posted this after reading other negative comments as I was so surprised.
