As a car dealership they are pretty good. Prices and salesmanship are what they do best. Their down side is their service department. I had a service plan with them for three years but after it ran out I chose to give them a miss. They would tell me things that were ready for replacing which as brakes and other things not included as part of the service, then quote me a price that was double what I could get it done at a none dealer garage. So great place to buy a car, not so great for repairs!
Could not have been more helpful. I talked to the service advisor, the service manager and a technician about a warning light that had come on. The technician had a really good manner, he spoke to me as an equal ( I am totally ignorant about all things mechanical) and solved the problem. Impressed. Advice for Bristol Street customers - if you live less than 20 minutes away from your garage of choice go to see them as it will be far quicker than the automated phone system.
