Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with blame Dan and tie would recommend this dealership to anyone could do with having a A+ Stoneacre dealership in East London with superb customer focus on their mind had a few hiccups and problems along the way but coming from a long distance was well worth the travel and would do again in the future if I need to purchase another vehicle or upgrade and I was totally amazing that I was not left stranded like I said I came from a long way and as it was a computer glitch they put me up it in a hotel which is very nice and was just shocked and surprised they did such a thing because as we all know computer glitches do go wrong sometimes nothing entirely smoothly like it should do also would recommend that the dealership that they keep the staff 100% that has dealt with me from the go as well as the after-sales service is superb even to the lovely lady that answers your calls and directs you to the relevant person just would like to say that Stoneacre in Chesterfield you have its spot on
In the past 8 months Chesterfield Honda have managed to sell 3 cars to 3 different generations of my family, me being the most recent. Ty was a true hero as always as he stayed late(till 9:20pm) to sort the deal. Only nipped in for a look around a specific car and ended up driving away in it that night. All of the stoneacre Honda team are excellent and we WILL be back! Ty gave us an excellent deal as we had a specific price in mind for part ex and finance, really cant thank him enough! The best car-buying experience I've ever had. Daniel Rose is a credit to Stoneacre, and sorted out any concern I had prior to collecting the car. Had a couple of minor issues post-collection that he has put me completely at ease about, also. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new car.
The best customer service I have ever received! Daniele Rose was ever so polite and helpful with everything, made me feel very welcome. I loved that I was able to speak to Daniele before hand before I headed down (it was a long drive) so it made me feel very welcome. Overall, very pleased with my new car and the service.
