After some extremely disappointing recent experiences with some other dealers, dealing with Stoneacre Peugeot in Chesterfield has come as a very pleasant surprise.From the off, my initial web enquiry was dealt with rapidly, courteously and professionally by the sales person Tom.Sadly, I have come to take emails not replied to, calls not returned, my name got completely wrong, or just not interested in selling a car as the recent norm, but Stoneacre have proved the very opposite of this.We agreed a part-exchange deal via email for our two vehicles, subject to seeing them, and a discounted price for their car. They even agreed to a thirty miles plus test drive to allow us to travel up in one of our cars, have the test drive to our home in Nottingham, and for us to return together in the second vehicle. Fantastic service.No pressure selling, no flannel, promises kept and the completed sale, exactly on the basis first offered.I would like to thank Tom for his help and Stoneacre Chesterfield in general for their lovely showroom, well maintained, with excellent facilities and friendly, professional staff.Based on our recent experience of Stoneacre Motor Group, I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving them five stars. Bit disappointed, we have bought 3 new cars from this garage in the last year and when they were wanting to get their figures up one month to meet their targets, they asked my dad if they could register his car early, they offered him 3 years free service if he agreed, which he did, they said even if they didn't need to put it through, the fact that he was willing to help them out and because he was a good customer, they would still give him the servicing. So it comes round to service time and surprise, surprise no one recalls the promise made. It's very disappointing conning a pensioner like this, but rest assured they have just lost the repeat business of two 3008s and a 3008, with the possibility of a fourth car. WELL DONE stoneacre
