The Garden secret Spa is amazing a very relaxing day with a treatment, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna's and steam room. Included a delicious afternoon tea with unlimited tea or coffee. First Class.
Stayed here twice now. Nice hotel, good food (pics added) and located close to where I was working recently. Rooms are spacious and have everything you'd expect. On my last stay, I was given a room detached away from the main building as they were hosting a wedding. Only criticism was that whoever was stayed in the room above me, generated a lot of noise - seemingly pacing around for a good 3 hours (noisy floorboards). Oh, and the phone was defective.
A very old beautiful building with fantastic grounds. Ideal for wedding photos etc. As a business traveller I use it a lot and it often falls short with basic business needs. Conference facilities are lacking and staff have little interest in providing a satisfactory level of service to business users conducting a meeting. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff for normal everyday customers are great. The rooms in the main building are very tired and could do with a bit of a spruce up. Rooms in the main building can be very close to the main hotel or very far away. 220 upwards is a long walk particularly if you are dragging an overnight bag, Coats and a laptop bag. There are rooms in the courtyard,400 upwards which are super modern, clean and well equipped. I now always request these when they are available. Rates are reasonable and can be very low through the comparison sites if you look around.
Pricey. But a spectacular spa. From the food options we had at the spa they seemed simple but we're executed exceptionally and tasted fantastic. By the looks of the rest of the hotel I would have loved to have stayed. One of the nicest spas I've visited.
A most memorable Christmas at Ringwood Hall. Very attentive staff and excellent food and wine. We were reluctant to leave. Will definitely return. The Roberts family.
