The staff are very helpful and professional. They listen to what you would like, and go the extra mile to try find you the car you want. I did not buy a car on this occasion as the car I wanted had just sold.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a car from Bristol Street Motors Skoda Chesterfield. The staff that I met were approachable, hospitable, knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I arrived to view a used Skoda Superb just before closing time on a Saturday (with my two kids in tow). Ryan Matthews checked that we were still en route and patiently explained the features of the car and encouraged me to have a test drive, with no hint of rushing us out of the showroom. All the optional extras (warranty, asset and shine protection, etc) were explained fully without being pushed too hard and the paperwork was dealt with very effectively.I had had a poor experience of a local Skoda dealer, so I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and simplicity of purchasing from this dealership. Ryan was excellent throughout the process - a very capable young man.
I knew I was coming to this branch with a view to buy, so I wasn't really exposed to any sales patter (a good thing). I was looked after by Blake, a really nice guy and very helpful. He took care of the transaction end to end and made it all very easy. He even personally dropped off some accessories to my home address an hour away because I ordered them too late. Legend!
