Took our Ford Transit in for it's first (interim) service. Very, very easy to deal with (thanks Kelsey), friendly and helpful staff the vehicle even had a clean while it was there.Much appreciated, although your service reception area is a little bit 'glam' for us white van drivers :), well this one anyway.Steve

Called in on Sunday morning to look at a new Transit custom. Sunday is the only day I have free as like many self employed people I work 6 days a week. Nobody working in the commercial vehicles side and although the staff there were as helpful as they could be it was clear they were embarrassed that nobody could help me. They also said all the keys were locked in the office, so even if I found a vehicle I wanted to take a closer look at, I wouldn't be able to! You seriously need to think about your staff shifts and who buys your vans, many of them only get Sundays to do things like this. Looks like I'll be leasing online again rather than from my nearest dealership!!
