Very professional from the lady who met me at the door to leaving after my cars second service. I was offered coffee and shown to a comfortable waiting area. The service was fully explained and itemised before parting with my keys. I was kept informed during the service and nothing was too much trouble for the lady on reception who was happy to either answer questions or find out the answer for me. On completion everything was again fully explained and I was left satisfied that the work had been carried out in a professional manner. I was also explained some basic information that should but wasn't given when I collected the car from Volvo Sheffield. In short I have nothing but praise for this dealership and its courtesy and professionalism.
I rang as I saw a car I liked on Facebook. Sal Urguson sorted a fantastic deal with Marco and the rest of the team were warm and welcoming when I came to sign for retaining the car. Total disaster! You think youre talking with serious people and soon you realise how wrong youre! Everything agreed over the emails and phone communication was non existing once i was there! Come on Volvo keep in control whos using your Great Name!!!
